Division Leaders — positions and descriptions for each NEST™ Leadership role are listed below.
Division Manager
In concert with the Chief Executive Officer of NEST™, this person carries out the 2025–2026 Vision™ for the Division, and facilitates a friendly, professional environment that keeps our members career-ready. This person, with the help of Division leaders, manages the day-to-day operations and financial health of the Division.
Commitment: Must be available for periodic after-school meetings with all Division Managers of NEST™.

Assistant Manager
In concert with the Chief Executive Officer of NEST™ and the Division Manager of the Division, this person carries out the 2025–2026 Vision™ for the Division, and facilitates a friendly, professional environment that keeps our members career-ready. This person, in cooperation with the Division Manager, manages the day-to-day operations and financial health of the Division.
Commitment: Must be available for periodic after-school meetings with all Division Managers of NEST™.

Director of Client Relations
Through regular communication with NEST™ division leadership, division members and school staff, this person facilitates a steady career-ready environment by providing clients with an understanding of a technology need that will improve the culture of the school community, and—whenever possible—facilitate a solution to that need with the help of Division-based skills and personnel support.

Director of Inventory
Manage, maintain, and (when necessary) upgrade tech equipment in the NEST™ Lab. This person and this person’s team will hold all team members accountable to that system.

Partner Liaison
Partner Liaison works to identify how the division partners can encourage and reflect the cultures of the division partners and greater school community, by integrating project ideas, celebrations, and content in the division that incorporate these cultures.

Software Technician
Maintains the health and current trends of software needs in the Tech Lab and for the division. This person will periodically give a report to the Division Manager related to issues with current software, and needs for updates for the NEST™ universe.

Social Marketing Partner
In charge of providing social media content for the division. Uses tech-trending hashtags that correspond to the projects being created. This person also takes advantage of handles for leading educators and community leaders.

Division DJ
In charge of providing fun but clean NEST™ Lab music in the shared playlist for the division and manages that music before division time and during division events. Access to a personal free or paid Spotify or Apple Music account is required.

Safety Officer
Supervising the division’s membership in following radio communications and monitoring the check-out system during the period. This member supports the division members by also training partners on standard operating procedures related to traffic in and outside of the NEST™ Lab.

Fabrication Supervisor
In charge of helping students safely and educationally use the 3D Printers for various purposes. They will help introduce classmates to the provided design program, how to navigate it, how to convert designs to STL files, and help students who are confused on the steps of the form. They may also manage the print waitlist and distribution of prints, transfer of files, and restocking/cleaning of the printers.
