Emotional check-in answer

How is the pace of your supervisor? Grit — how challenging is the learning? How safe do you feel here?

What are we doing right, even if it is something small?

What can we change to make your experience better?

Your report is saved in NEST. Mr. Penalver and your division’s manager, assistant manager, and partner liaison can review division reports. Only Mr. Penalver can export the archive. Only a support request you choose sends an alert to your selected recipients. It includes your name, division, confirmed emotion, and time; your written feedback is saved when you submit.
