Rate each criterion from 1 — developing, 2 — capable with support, 3 — ready independently, to 4 — ready to lead others. Consider role knowledge, clear communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Total: up to 16; a partial total shows how many criteria have been rated.
Interview scoring guide
Role knowledge: understands the position’s responsibilities and gives relevant examples. Communication: listens, explains ideas clearly, and responds to questions. Problem-solving: identifies a practical approach and explains the reasoning. Teamwork: supports others, shares responsibility, and handles disagreement constructively.
Managers and assistant managers can review applications and assign students from their division roster. Robotics executives can manage hiring across all divisions, including NEST™ Robotics.
